Any customized, printed, or embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Intimate items including robes, slips, rompers, and bodysuits and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Handmade By Canade tags attached. If an item arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance, as lost or stolen packages will not be guaranteed a return credit. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Furthermore, there is a 25% restocking fee that will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Handmade By Canade reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: An irregular or excessive returns history, potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Handmade By Canade reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity based on the actions noted above.
